Because ManiLeague utilizes third-party authentication providers (Better Auth via Google or Spotify), we collect profile data such as your name and email address. We also collect the Spotify or YouTube URLs you submit during a League's Submission Period, as well as any optional text comments you provide.

Information We Receive from Third Parties: When you sign in using Google or Spotify, we receive authentication data from these platforms to securely map you to your LeagueParticipant profile.

Automatic Data Collection: As you navigate through the Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

2. Why Does ManiLeague Collect This Information?

ManiLeague processes your Personal Information for the following purposes:

• To set up and maintain your user account and authenticate your logins.
• To operate the core Services, including linking you to specific Leagues, tracking your RoundPlayer state, and recording the points you allocate during the Voting Period.
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot technical problems.
• To measure the effectiveness of the Services and monitor key metrics such as League Creation Rate (LCR) and Rounds Activity (RA).
• To notify you via email about League invitations, draft starts, and voting deadlines.

3. Will ManiLeague Share This Information?

We do not sell your Personal Information. We may share information with third parties who provide essential infrastructure services to us, such as our Cloudflare Workers and D1 database hosting providers, as well as our email notification services. Any third party with whom we share Personal Information will only have the access necessary to perform specific tasks on our behalf.
